Walk through the Misty Mountains

The Knuckles Mountain Range got its unusual yet very appropriate name from the British who were residing in Sri Lanka at the times of British colonialism because from a distance the peaks of the mountain range does indeed resemble the knuckles of a clenched fist. This mountain range is unique because it exhibits the conditions of all the climatic zones in the country. The diversity of flora and fauna found in Knuckles is unmatched by any other mountain found in Sri Lanka.  A trek through the Knuckles Mountains will give the mountain lovers an unforgettable experience in enjoying the rugged nature in its ethereal landscapes.
